Florida Blues, and the MP3 file: Florida_Blues.mp3Buying a Fiddle. I wrote this in response to an e-mail question. I'm not the smartest dealer in fiddles. Typically, I buy one for about $100. Then, I put another $100 or more worth of work into it from a local luthier. After that, I'll sell it to a student for $250 or $300. This is not the road to riches. but, it does get a decent fiddle into the hands of the student.
